5.3 Users must disclose any condition or circumstance that may reasonably affect their ability to engage with or complete a course.

5.4 OLI may request reasonable identification or verification information prior to confirming enrolment.

7.2 LMS access details are typically issued within one business day of confirmation.

7.3 The Enrolment Start Date is the date the LMS access email is sent.

Users may cancel their enrolment within 7 calendar days of the Enrolment Start Date. The Cooling-Off Period applies regardless of whether the user accesses the LMS, logs in, views course content, downloads materials, or commences study. Whether or not the user accesses or uses the LMS does not pause, reset, extend, delay, or otherwise affect the Cooling-Off Period.

10.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions.

11. Fees and payment terms

11.2 Payment options may include full payment, buy-now-pay-later services, or approved payment plans.

11.3 After the Cooling-Off Period, users remain liable for the full Course Fees regardless of participation, progress, or completion.

12. Transfers, deferrals, and extensions

12.1 One course transfer may be requested within 30 days of enrolment, subject to eligibility and availability.

12.2 Deferrals or extensions may be approved at OLI’s discretion and may incur additional fees.

15. Assessments and submissions

Assessments may include quizzes, written work, projects, or practical tasks. Users must submit their own work and comply with all assessment instructions and deadlines.

16. Integrity and acceptable use

Misconduct including plagiarism, collusion, misuse of content, or unauthorised assistance is prohibited and may result in assessment failure, suspension, or termination of access without refund.
